A little Info

I chose 300woodcraft as the name of my crafting store because once there was 300 solders who stood up to insurmountable odds to protect that which they believed in most, Family and Freedom. We have lost so much over time and handcrafted tools are becoming a thing of the past.

We have all heard the expression "They don't make them like they used to". Well my goal is to change that. We all enjoy utilizing a good quality shaving brush, coupled with the shaving soap of your choice, and a double edge razor, to shave like our grandparents did.

My father instilled into me the need to own quality products. He once said "The only people who can afford cheap products are the rich" His point was that it is better to buy one good quality product, rather than constantly replacing a low quality item, time and time again. I strive to produce only the highest quality product.

Prior to selling any brushes I tested the silver-tip badger and synthetic knots which I currently use in my brush making. I only use true silver-tip badger hair and the highest quality synthetic in my shaving brushes. I believe that if I am going to put my name on a product, it needs to be something i believe in and use myself.

This site is dedicated to the men and women of law enforcement who put their lives on the line for those they protect. A thank you from 300woodcraft.

I try to use as many local products as possible in my creations. I maintain a supply of wood gathered from fallen trees in the area. I enjoy turning what many consider firewood, into brushes and other wood products. I try to teach my children that there are many different uses for any given product and we should not waste anything if possible.
